Introducing... Blossom!

I'm so excited to share the newest card Workshop on the Go with Blossom!  I absolutely love it.  I realize I say that a lot... but it seems like each paper pack that Close to my Heart comes out with seems to fit in perfectly with what I would like to be playing with at the time.  The three cards in this workshop are no exception.  I have to admit that I think the cute popsicles might just be my favorite.

I like the idea of stamping right on the background paper.  Like the "fun" in the popsicle card or the "YOU are worth celebrating" in the card below.  I also really like the layered flower stamp below.  The black really adds to the red of the flower and makes it pop.  It was fun having a chance to play with the Kraft Cardstock.

 

Two of the three cards in this set use a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 sheet to cover the white card base.  I usually have the card base showing through some.  For the "Make a WISH" card the red and green washi tape is actually using the stamp set included in the workshop on the go!  It was so fun to do.
