BBQ Cups

These were really good paired with a salad for a quick and easy dinner.   The kids gobbled them up and asked to have them again really soon.  We halved the recipe the first time we made it and only made 8 BBQ cups.  It was such a hit that we'll need to do the full recipe next time.

Let's Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
1 pound hamburger
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 packages biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)

Preheat oven to 400

Brown the ground beef and the onion until the hamburger is cooked through.

Add the BBQ sauce and brown sugar and cook until heated through.

Flatten each of the biscuits before putting each one in the muffin tin that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

Add about two tablespoons of the BBQ mixture to each little cup and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is a beautiful golden brown.

Thanks for stopping by.  Hope you have a great day.
