This might be my favorite thing to make in the air fryer. The everything bagel mixture is A-maz-ING! If you love dipping sauces as much as me - throw together the super quick siracha sauce! It will take the deliciousness to the next level.
Here's the thing... I've tried to take pictures but we always end up digging in before I take one. They are that good!
Let's Get Crafty!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or panko
Everything Bagel Seasoning (I can't tell you how much here... this is a lot like garlic. You measure this with your heart.)
Put together your three dishes to rotate each of the tenders through (this is enough for about 1 1/2 pounds of chicken tenders):
1st - flour mixture (1 cup flour with a pinch of salt and pepper)
2nd - egg wash (2 eggs whisked)
3rd - breadcrumbs (1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or panko along with whatever seasoning you might light. We did half plain and the other half in everything bagel spices.)
Taking one thawed chicken tender at a time - rotate each tender through the three steps indicated. As I get done with each one - I lay them out closely together on a baking tray that will hold them until we put them in the air fryer.
Warm up at 370 for 2 minutes and then 16 minutes (flipping halfway through) for a total cook time of 18 minutes for the first batch. Then it seems like it only takes around 15 minutes once the air fryer and pot are already hot - depending on the size of your tenders.

You'll want to be sure not to crowd the basket.
This is a perfect recipe to make a bunch of while you have the dishes all out and freeze some to have on hand for a busy day down the road.
The everything bagel chicken tenders are even better with a super tasty dipping sauce! I whisk together 2 parts mayo with 1 part siracha for a simple, yet delicious, dip.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you have a great day.
